The cells of our body need oxygen to survive and water is one of the vital sources. Stay hydrated. One glass of water every hour and you will see the results.

3. Meditate. Meditation, which of course is closely related to breathing, helps a lot to calm our mind, helps us to know ourselves and face reality as it is. We will observe over time that the impurities of our life disappear completely and we will be able to live a happy and reconciled life, a life with less negativity.

4. Movements. Sport is the most powerful weapon with which we can increase our vital energy. Move at least 30 minutes a day. Move, we mean long walks outdoors or walking to the gym. For those who wish to have good health regular sport is the best ally of proper nutrition.

5. We need to rest. Our body and mind need rest to recover. Not getting enough rest is like wanting to start a car without gas. You should not allow your life, your work, and your daily problems to steal the required sleep hours, which should be around 7-8. 10. Take time and appreciate everything around you. This is one of my favorites. I like to keep things simple but appreciate the details. I love going to the beach in the morning and watching the sunrise. The blue sea, the golden sand beach, the dazzling sun, the seaweed-smelling air ... I feel that everything around me is so wonderful and this whole ritual is charged me with positive energy.
Nature has amazing power over us. Maybe because we are part of that.
